Registration
The registration fee includes all conference materials for the session, continental breakfast Monday through Thursday, lunch Sunday through Thursday, premium continuous break service, evening reception and the use of the conference center. All other meals are on your own.
Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. Purchase orders or letters of authorization are due prior to the start of OU/EDI. It is NOT necessary to send payment with your application.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy
Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received prior to OU/EDI close of business on the cut-off date for the particular session (see the session's registration information you plan to attend) will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellation after that determined date or for non-attendance at the institute. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.
Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax (405.325.7329), or email (edi@ou.edu). Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Information Packets
Upon receipt of your application we will process your enrollment. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Please phone 405.325.3891 if you do not receive confirmation information within 2 weeks. Non-refundable airline tickets should not be purchased before you receive confirmation of your acceptance into the Institute.
