Registration

The registration fee includes all conference materials for the session, continental breakfast Monday through Thursday, light meal Sunday evening (sandwiches), premium continuous break service, evening reception and the use of the conference center.  All other meals are on your own.

Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. Purchase orders or letters of authorization are due prior to the start of OU/EDI. It is NOT necessary to send payment with your application.

Cancellation Charge
No fee will be assessed for cancellations received before the close of registration. After the registration deadline, registration refunds less a $150 administrative fee, will be granted to applicants who withdraw. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the Institute begins.

Information Packets 
Upon receipt of your application we will process your enrollment. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Please phone 405.325.3891 if you do not receive confirmation information within 2 weeks. Non-refundable airline tickets should not be purchased before you receive confirmation of your acceptance into the Institute.
