Ruffin Scholarship

As a means of recognizing the impact that Jerry Ruffin (OU/EDI Director from 1972 until his retirement in 1986) has made on the economic development professionals in the United States, the University of Oklahoma has established the Gerald E. Ruffin Scholarship.

Session I - full registration
Criteria include:

• applicants must be nominated by their EDC (Basic Course) Director
• graduation from an accredited Economic Development Course (formerly Basic)
• leadership shown while in attendance
