Registration Includes:

The registration fee includes all conference materials for the session, full breakfast Monday through Thursday, Graduation lunch Thursday, Anniversary Celebration Dinner, and premium continuous break service, and the use of the conference center.  All other meals are on your own.

  • Lodging $119 + tax per night – single or double occupancy

Registration Information

  • Save $100 by registering for and make payment for this institute on or before March 12, 2012.

  • Registration fees:  Early Bird  $1300 for Member of IEDC; $1350 for Non-Member of IEDC
    After Early Bird:  $1400 for Member of IEDC; $1450 for Non-Member of IEDC

    OU/EDI Review Course:  $350 if taken in conjunction with OU/EDI.  $525 OU/EDI CEcD Review course fee.
  • Registration for the Institute Ends April 9, 2012

 

Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received prior to OU/EDI close of business on April 9,2012 will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellation after  April 9, 2012. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.

Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax (405.325.7329), or email edi@ou.edu. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
