The registration fee includes all conference materials for the session, premium continuous break service, continental breakfast Monday through Thursday, lunch Sunday through Thursday, an evening reception and the use of the conference center. Early Bird Registration Save $100:
Registration and payment must be received for this institute before August 31, 2009 for Early Bird rate.

The $50 IEDC non-member fee may be credited toward the first year’s membership in IEDC provided this opportunity is exercised within a twelve (12) month period after the week long session’s completion.)

Payment Information
Registration fees are payable to the University of Oklahoma. To qualify for the Early Bird registration rate, both a completed registration form and full payment must be received prior to August 31, 2009. Payments not received by this date will be charged the normal registration fee (see fee structure above). Conference attendees with a balance due will be required to remit payment before being admitted to the conference, with the exception of those attendees paying by government purchase order. A credit card or check will be required on site for attendees with balances that have not provided a government purchase order or check.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy
Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received prior to OU/EDI close of business October 5, 2009 will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellation after October 5, 2009 or for non-attendance at the institute. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.
Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax (405.325.7329), or email (edi@ou.edu). Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Information Packets
Upon receipt of your application we will process your enrollment. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Please phone 405.325.3891 if you do not receive confirmation information within 2 weeks. Non-refundable airline tickets should not be purchased before you receive confirmation of your acceptance into the Institute.
